Wanchai and Causeway Bay

Based around the Gloucester and Harbour Road arterial routes, this district provides a range of Grade A accommodation for the service industries, local and international trading and shipping companies and communications concerns. Offices towards the inner core of the Wanchai area and outer circumference of Causeway Bay are more popular amongst the local traders, local sales and marketing businesses and also medium to small-sized multinational service industries.

Tsimshatsui / Tsimshatsui East

The Kowloon Peninsula has developed over the last decade into the favoured location for those manufacturing and trading concerns which require proximity to the New Territories and mainland China industrial areas, the Airport and a range of hotel accommodation. The district houses around 19% of Hong Kong's overall office stock.
